Good Business Charter

The Good Business Foundation has partnered with the Federation of Small Businesses to adapt accreditation to work for smaller organisations with 50 employees or fewer. Each business had to commit to and adhere to the 10 principles of the Good Foundation Charter, which are: Living Wage, Fairer Hours & Contracts, Employee Well-Being, Employee Representation, Equality Diversion & Inclusion, Environmental Responsibility, Pay Fair Tax, Commitment to Customers, Ethical Sourcing & Prompt Payment.

Living Wage Foundation

Triangulate are Accredited by the Living Wage Foundation, which was established after community campaigners successfully fought for pay that reflected the cost of living. This required a mechanism to recognise employers who wanted to join the movement. The mission of the Living Wage Foundation is to encourage employers to play their part in tackling in-work and post-work poverty and provide a decent standard of living by paying the real Living Wage, adopting Living Hours and Living Pensions as well as wider good employment practices.

Approvals

The AA1000 Assurance Standard (AA1000AS v3) is the leading methodology used by sustainability professionals worldwide for sustainability-related assurance engagements, to assess the nature and extent to which an organization adheres to the AccountAbility Principles. Triangulate are a licenced provider under AccountAbility.

The AA1000 (AccountAbility) Assurance Standard is an internationally recognised standard, that can provide the requirements for AA-licensed assurance providers to carry out sustainability assurance assessments.

The four principles of AA1000 include the inclusion of staff in decision-making processes that affect them, identifying and being clear about important sustainability matters, acting transparently on sustainability topics and their subsequent impacts and Impact and measuring, monitoring and being accountable for their effect on broader ecosystems.
