The Good Business Foundation has partnered with the Federation of Small Businesses to adapt accreditation to work for smaller organisations with 50 employees or fewer. Each business had to commit to and adhere to the 10 principles of the Good Foundation Charter, which are: Living Wage, Fairer Hours & Contracts, Employee Well-Being, Employee Representation, Equality Diversion & Inclusion, Environmental Responsibility, Pay Fair Tax, Commitment to Customers, Ethical Sourcing & Prompt Payment.
